ACCELERATED AGING TEST CHAMBER

It is able to recreate extreme weather conditions by controlling temperature and humidity parameters. At the same time, it provides information on the effect of UV radiation on the finished product.

GEOMETRICAL CHARACTERIZATION

It is achieved by taking measurements of digital images by means of computer tools, hence obtaining results of porosity and thread density of fabrics.

It allows us to carry out various types of tests to determine important aspects of strength and stretching of materials.

AERODYNAMIC PROPERTIES

The analysis of the aerodynamic behaviour is carried out by means of a device designed to characterize the behaviour of materials and measure the energy loss it causes on the air flow.

ANALYSIS OF EXTERIOR LIGHT AND THERMAL EFFECT

Multi-sensory data device, made up of temperature sensors to study the thermal influence of fabrics over the underlying crops.

LIGHT TRANSMISSION

In order to obtain the percentage of light transmission which may filter through the fabric, we use a device that can measure the percentage of shading due to solar radiation incident perpendicular to the sample in the laboratory.

ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS

It is performed with an experimental device that simulates the actual ventilation conditions and allows the assessment, in a controlled way, of insects passing through the fabrics at different air speeds.
